The Electrical Installation Academy at Accrington and Rossendale College is a six week, project based introduction to the skills, learning and practical experience involved in training for a career in the electrical industry. Each session builds on the previous week, giving you the opportunity to develop your confidence and understanding as your project takes shape. Working in a realistic college workshop environment with experienced tutors, you’ll experience what practical study is like and work towards a final task that brings together the skills you’ve developed throughout the academy.
