Want to be the one making things happen in the world of business? The T Level in Business Management and Administration gives you the knowledge, skills, and experience to step confidently into careers where leadership, organisation, and strategy matter most.
The course begins with the core modules, which give you a solid foundation in how organisations run. You’ll explore business context—looking at cultures, governance, and how companies impact society and the environment. You’ll dive into finance, project and change management, policies and procedures, quality and compliance, and business behaviours, learning how to work with people, communicate effectively, and deliver results in a professional way. This core knowledge gives you the tools to understand and support any business. You will be able to investigate different business sectors/areas and companies you are interested in yourself, and use them as case studies whilst also learning about the careers they offer. Whether you’re interested in Accountancy, Hotel Management, Marketing, Real Estate and Property Sales, or other areas – it’s a great way to find out more.
You will also investigate entrepreneurship and starting your own business too, this course will provide you with the chance to explore real businesses and apply the knowledge and skills to progress to your dream career.
After building that base, you’ll focus on your specialism—choosing an area like business support, business improvement, or team leadership and management. Whether you’re planning events, analysing data to improve performance, or motivating a team to deliver projects, you’ll develop the hands-on skills that employers value most.
One of the highlights of the T Level is the industry placement—a minimum of 45 days working with a real employer. This is your chance to put your learning into practice, gain confidence in a business setting, and show off your potential to future employers.
Equivalent to three A Levels, this T Level can lead you straight into higher apprenticeships, university business degrees, or roles in administration, management, and beyond.
If you’ve got the drive, ambition, and people skills, this course is your launchpad into the world of business.
